The Wellness Girl Guide is a carefully curated program designed to help women improve their physical, mental wellbeing & nutritional health . The Wellness Girl Guide is going to set you up for success this 2025 taking you through a 4 Week Progressive Pilates Schedule that’s realistic & manageable for the most busy of women. The Guide will provide Nutritional Recipes including Family Friendly Meals so you can actually sustain I & implement lifestyle changes. Self-care Routines will be included & useful Wellbeing Habits that help you feel your best & calm your nervous system.
We will also be having a weekly meditation Class by our guest teacher. Not only this but you will join the PWC Community of like minded women for motivational support & to keep each other accountable.
The Wellness Girl Guide will cover a variety of topics aimed at helping participants live healthier, more balanced lives longterm not just for the month of January. This Challenge is here to change your lifestyle for the better.
