A 4-week transformation designed to reset, rebalance, and strengthen your body from the inside out.
This challenge combines a structure Pilates Method with expert nutritional support — giving you a complete approach to feeling strong, energised, and aligned this spring.

✨ A Unique Collaboration

For this challenge, I’ve partnered with Maria Cooper — Nutritional Therapist, founder of Healthy Bowl Blog, and author of The Overstimulated Body (launching Spring 2026).
Maria brings a powerful nutrition element to support your results, including:

• A Balanced Hormone Guidebook (natural approach)
• Guidance on natural hormone-supporting supplements
• A Spring Reset Recipe Pack (21 recipes)

Designed to help you reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and nourish your body alongside your training.

✨ The Pilates Method

This is a progressive 4-week plan, with all classes 30 minutes or under — built for real life, consistency, and results.
We combine:
• Targeted Sculpt Sessions
• Classical Foundation led Pilates (reset, precision focussed)
• Strength x Pilates Full Body (powerful strength fusion classes)

This approach ensures you’re not only sculpting your body — but also building deep strength, stability, and balance, whilst you allow targetted areas to recover inbetween.

✨ The Weekly Structure

Each week follows a balanced, results-driven framework:
• 2–3 specific targeted area classes
• 1 full body classical Pilates flow to nourish, focus on form, lengthen & work on mobility
• 1 full body Strength x Pilates session to truly strengthen & build lean muscle

Weekly Progression
Week 1: 4 classes (lay the foundation)
Week 2: 5 classes
Week 3: 5 classes
Week 4: 5 classes

This gradual progression allows you to build strength sustainably without overwhelm.

Additional Optional Challenges:
8-10k steps per day
Journaling & setting mini goals for the month
2L of water per day
Sleep Hygeine - improve & implement no phones after 8.30pm
