In this video, I’ll guide you through a gentle stomach massage that focuses on following the path of the colon. This technique supports digestion, relieves bloating and encourages lymphatic and gut motility.
✅ Why Colon Massage?
Massaging the abdomen can help:
•Stimulate your digestive system
•Encourage the movement of gas and waste
•Support lymphatic flow in the gut
•Relieve feelings of heaviness or sluggishness
✅ How to Do It:
•Always work in a clockwise direction, following the path of the large intestine
•Use gentle, consistent pressure
•Try circular movements, sweeping strokes and a ‘scoop and lift’ motion
•Breathe deeply throughout to stay relaxed
💡 Best done on an empty stomach or at least 1 hour after eating. Aim for 3–5 minutes daily or as needed.
If you experience pain, are post-surgery or have any digestive conditions, please speak to your GP or healthcare provider first.
