A few things to ask yourself:
How regular are your bowel movements?
Are you experiencing a energy slump and when during the day?
How are you sleeping? Do you fall asleep well, do you wake during the night?
Some small changes to implement:
Hydration - add in a lemon water or herbal tea in the mornings
Chew your food & eat more mindfully to support digestion
