The Summer Body Challenge is a carefully designed 6 week progressive Pilates programme created to help you feel stronger, leaner, more energised and more confident heading into summer — without extreme dieting, restriction or punishment.
This challenge is not about shrinking yourself.
It’s about supporting your body through:
intentional movement
nourishing foods
consistency
strength building
hormone & inflammation support
realistic habits that actually feel sustainable
Over the 6 weeks, we progressively build intensity, endurance and strength using Pilates principles alongside resistance, controlled movement and targeted sculpting classes.
Each week has a specific focus to help you gradually progress both physically and mentally throughout the programme.
