Two Weeks, 10 Classes. We will be Sculpting, Toning & Building core Strength within this Challenge, using low impact movements with resistance improving muscle tone, strength & endurance. I also Challenge you to go on a daily walk outside within this time, no time pressures just get walking! Listen to your own bodies & stay hydrated!
