Summer School is your 3-week movement challenge designed to move with you, wherever life takes you. Whether you're squeezing in a session between playdates, workouts from a hotel room, or simply trying to carve out a little "you time" amidst the chaos, these short and sharp classes are your go-to.
Expect minimal or packable equipment, travel-friendly formats, and a consistent way to stay on track so you can feel your best all summer long. Let’s move, sweat, and stretch our way through the season – no matter where you are.
