Two Weeks, 12 Classes to Sculpt your Bodies, Build Strength & Muscle. We will focusing on Form whilst incorporating HIT & Strength to take your Pilates Practice to the next level.

LIVE 30 min Strength & Sculpt Class with band & ankle weights
Episode 1
We will be using the following equipment which is OPTIONAL with optional Ankle Weights & Band - Pre & Postnatal modifications will be given so all bodies are welcome. If you are postpartum please ensure your have been signed off by a medical professional.
