May: Sculpt Start: Mum Club Edition

Week One Includes 5 classes all 20 minutes & below.If you are pregnant or newly post-partum it doesn't mean you cant build strength & sculpt your body. We will be taking part in the May Sculpt Start Challenge with a pre & postnatal twist. All movements are completely safe for your body yet will tone ahead of the summer period.
