A weekly schedule curated and designed for all the mummas-to-be & post-partum moms. A safe weekly class schedule to help you both mentally and physically in the safest but most effective way. From one mumma to another. Chloe is fully qualified in pre & postnatal pilates & has created this safe space for all of the moms to enjoy and benefit from. Please ensure you consult your doctor before starting pilates if you are new and if you are post-partum please wait for your doctors sign off to exercise again. This schedule is their if you like the guidance but you can choose any pre and postnatal friendly classes from the category on the platform or use the Post partum 6 week programme as an alternative to this schedule.
