This easy to follow program combines modern & classical Pilates and Strength Classes to build lean muscle along with a daily walk challenge for added cardio and calorie burn to compliment your programme & achieve your goals. Over 12 weeks, you’ll progressively improve your strength, posture, and overall physique while feeling confident and bridal-ready.
