Bed to Burn Challenge

Light a candle and embrace the darker days, you can jump from your bed to the mat & get a instant burn, sculpt, lengthen & strengthen whilst keeping committed and consistent with your practice. Dig deep, set your intentions for the final months of the year & finish stronger than ever both mentally and physically. This Challenge is 2 weeks long, 10 classes all between 15 & 20 minutes so you can grab your burn as you are.
