This 7 DAY STAPLE RESET WEEK is perfect for both beginners & intermediate-advanced subscribers. Beginners can learn the pilates key principles, form & breathwork while implementing new habits & feel good nourishing movement while our more advanced subscribers can take this week to really lower their cortisol levels after such a spicy March Challenge, this is a great chance to let your body nourish, calm & allow your muscles to repair through lower impact classes & also recap on those essential principles of the pilates practice.

We have a 3 month SUMMER BODY PROGRAMME coming up which will be split into 3 segments, 4 weeks each & this is the perfect opportunity to nourish, enjoy slower low impact movement before we get super spicy for summer.
