In this video, I’ll guide you through the correct way to perform lymphatic brushing, a gentle technique designed to stimulate your lymphatic system and help reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and support detoxification.
✅ What’s the Difference?
Unlike traditional dry brushing, lymphatic brushing is much lighter. It’s all about moving lymph, not exfoliating the skin.
✅ How to Brush:
•Always brush towards the heart and lymph nodes
•Use very light pressure, think feather-light strokes
•Work in a specific sequence to follow the natural flow of your lymph
•Focus on areas like the neck, underarms, inner thighs, and behind the knees
💡 Aim to brush daily for 3–5 minutes on dry skin, ideally before a shower or lymphatic massage.
If you’re unsure whether this technique is right for you, always check with your GP or healthcare provider.
