3 weeks. 17 Classes. All Levels. 3 weeks Targeting Isolated areas of the body. Key focus on Pilates principles & Form. Progressive Pilates Plan. Sustainable Schedule for the busiest of Lifestyles. We will be including a mixture of Classical & Modern Pilates, Sculpting, Strengthening & building up resistance throughout this Challenge. We will also be including Reformer inspired Classes with the band to Sculpt, Tone & Lengthen, Strength inspired classes to build lean muscle & a Classical & modern mat style Pilates to hone in on the core & perfect your practice.
