Going away & worrying about your routine and workout plan?
These Travel Friendly Classes will maintain your muscle, keep you strong & sculpted and most importantly feeling amazing while you're away from home.
All you need is your own body weight, a matt or a towel, if you are traveling & still want to include equipment I always take my resistance band away, I deflate my pilates ball & sometimes i take my ankle weight in my rolly hand luggage so its something to think about if you want the extra spice!
Any classes using equipment you can also do without.
