SUMMER BODY (PHASE 2) IS HERE!
The Summer Body Programme is made up of THREE optional Phases. Phase 1 - KICKSTART, Phase 2 - SUMMER BODY, Phase 3 - SUMMER BODY ANYWHERE
This programme is designed to be completely adaptable to you, & the phases are optional but of course if you want to maximise results then follow all 3 phases. Phase 2 is all about upping your classes to an intermediate-advanced level, we are going to really push our progression & feel that transformation both mentally & physically.
