A daily walk between 30-60 minutes - you can burn an extra 1400 calories per week by just walking, join me!
Nutrition - Preparation is everything so we are supplying you with a Clean Shopping list, Chloe will be sharing the tweaks & Challenges she will be taking on for the 2 weeks, why don’t you join to?
