The Glow & Go Challenge is designed you to keep momentum after the January Cleanse & Reset Challenge, you have worked so hard implementing your new habits & I know we can start to loose some motivation in February. This Challenge is a no excuses 2 week Challenge consisting of 12 Classes, all 20 minutes which we all can make time for. We are going to be working on the full body & I can't wait to power through and maximise the time we do have, together!
Glow & Go Challenge - 2 weeks of 12 x 20 minute classes for the busiest of schedules.
Elevated Full Body - 2 weeks of 12 Elevated Pilates Classes focusing on Sculpting & Maximising Results.
